Knee stabilizing exercises

This actually *exactly* what I need! I have what is called a "mal-tracking patella" which means that my kneecap doesn't run vertically in its little grove, but cants off to the outside a bit, in a kind of diagonal action. Remind me, the next time I see you, and I'll show you what I mean.

I'll have to ask my sister the occupational therapist or my NP sister-in-law how those are for arthritic knees.

Oh bless you for this. My knees track the other way, and what with one thing and another, I kind of need new ones. I am trying to ward off the tear-down job by exercising, and this is lovely. Gwyn
